Hatha Yoga Livestream
- A livestreamed, standard "All-Levels" Hatha class: Considered to be accessible to all who are motivated and whose bodies are free from injury. These classes are more demanding and rigorous, but can accommodate the beginner with props (blocks, blanket, and belt) and rest as needed. However, it is best if you have some level of conditioning. These classes are challenging enough to satisfy intermediate through seasoned practitioners.
